Lucille Ann D. Eustaquio
Co-owner and Chief Operating Officer of the company, Ms. Lucille Ann D. Eustaquio, studied BS Computer Science in Mapua Institute of Makati, she has has been in the Real Estate Industry for 3 years since her first job with Megaworld Corporation in the year 2015. After leaving the company last April 2018, Lucille has decided to accept this partnership with John to further enhance her skills in negotiating, selling and to keep her passion in helping clients with their future investments.

Hermie N. Fariolan
Owner, A tenured Property Consultant and Licensed Realtor. He started with Megaworld Corporation right when he graduated from Colegio de San Juan de Letran with a Business Management major in Financial Management and Accounting Degree in 2010. His six years with the company has provided him with experience to deliver efficient service and excellent relationships with his clients and the real estate investment needs.
A graduate of the University of Ilo-Ilo with BS Office Administration, she has left her hometown to pursue her career in Metro Manila. Luckily in 2006, Ms. Hermie was blessed enough to work with her previous employer for 11 years at Megaworld Corporation which provided her the experience to be one of the most efficient Secretary a company can have. As a working mom, she has decided to leave the company to focus on taking care of her child. But soon after a year of being a house wife, Ms. Hermie accepted the position of an Executive Assistant with Reyes Realty Co., to continue doing her passion and to reach her long term goals.
